Play a pivotal role in leading this progressive non-profit as it continues to develop its lifestyle and service options for older people in Melbourne and country Victoria. Providing care and support to 1,000 clients, Royal Freemasons employs 600 staff, has annual revenues of almost $40M, and exciting development strategies for the future are already under way.

Reporting to a capable Board, you will manage within a governance framework and provide leadership to a highly professional and well regarded executive team. You will drive the strategic plan, manage key relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensure sound business practices and actively promote the core values of Freemasonry.

For this crucial position you must be able to demonstrate success as an inspiring leader who has managed a comparable organisation at a similar level of responsibility. You should be capable of building upon their successes and achievements, and maximise the many opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
