Boarding is a key component of Ascham, playing an important part in preparing girls for life beyond the school years.

Reporting to the Headmistress, you will be responsible for overall care of up to 100 boarders and leadership of boarding staff. A member of the Senior Management team, you will play an important role in whole school organisation, using your innovative leadership to grow Ascham's boarding. Responsibilities include communicating with teaching staff and families, developing programs that enrich the boarding experience and teaching within your discipline.

A qualified teacher, you will need outstanding relationship, negotiation and administrative skills.  You will develop rapport with students and parents based on trust and respect, and have genuine interest in all aspects of the girls' daily lives.
